1. Introductory Provisions
• The headings of the clauses are for the purpose of helping you understand the essence of the clauses and shall not affect or restrict the meaning or interpretation of the terms of this Agreement. To protect your own rights and interests, it is recommended that you read the specific expression of each clause carefully.
• Before clicking to agree to this Agreement during the registration application process, you should carefully read this Agreement. Please read all terms prudently and fully understand their contents, especially the terms regarding exemption or limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution. Terms exempting or limiting liability will be identified in bold and underlined for your key attention. If you have any questions regarding the Agreement, you may consult MeetyBaby customer service.
• When you complete the information as prompted on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement, and complete the entire registration process, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the entire content of this Agreement, have reached an agreement with MeetyBaby, and have become a “User” of the MeetyBaby site. During the reading of this Agreement, if you do not agree with this Agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop the registration process. If you do not complete the registration process, or if you were already a registered user of MeetyBaby before this Agreement took effect, then your access and/or use of MeetyBaby shall be deemed as your agreement to accept the entire content of this Agreement.
2. Scope of Agreement
2.1 Contracting Parties
• This Agreement is jointly concluded by you and the operator of MeetyBaby. This Agreement has contractual effect on both you and the operator of MeetyBaby.
• Under this Agreement, the operator of MeetyBaby may change according to the business adjustments of MeetyBaby. The changed operator of MeetyBaby shall jointly perform this Agreement and provide services to you. The change of the MeetyBaby operator will not affect your rights and interests under this Agreement.
2.2 Supplementary Agreements
• Due to the rapid development of the internet industry, the terms listed in this Agreement signed between you and MeetyBaby cannot completely list and cover all your rights and obligations with MeetyBaby, and existing agreements cannot guarantee full compliance with future development needs. Therefore, relevant declarations and policies publicly announced by MeetyBaby, as well as MeetyBaby-related rules and agreements, are supplementary agreements to this Agreement, inseparable from this Agreement and having the same legal effect. Your use of MeetyBaby services shall be deemed as your agreement to the above supplementary agreements.
3. Account Registration and Use
3.1 User Eligibility
• You confirm that before you start the registration process to use MeetyBaby services, you shall possess the civil capacity commensurate with your actions as stipulated by law. If you do not possess the aforementioned civil capacity commensurate with your actions, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom according to law.
3.2 Account Description
• Account Acquisition: When you complete the information as prompted on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement, and complete the entire registration process, you can obtain a MeetyBaby account and become a MeetyBaby user.
• Account Use: You have the right to use the mobile phone number bound to your MeetyBaby account for mobile verification code login, and to use the Email, WeChat, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Apple ID (or other designated first-party platforms) bound to your MeetyBaby account for authorized login to MeetyBaby. As your MeetyBaby account is associated with your personal information and MeetyBaby’s business information, your MeetyBaby account is for your personal use only. Without MeetyBaby’s consent, you shall not directly or indirectly authorize any third party to use your MeetyBaby account or obtain your account information. Any losses caused to MeetyBaby due to unauthorized permission without MeetyBaby’s consent shall be compensated by you. MeetyBaby has the right to freeze your account and shall not refund any unused VIP privileges. If MeetyBaby determines that the use of your account may endanger your account security and/or MeetyBaby’s information security, MeetyBaby may refuse to provide corresponding services or terminate this Agreement.
• Account Transfer: As user accounts are associated with user credit information, you may transfer your account only when there is explicit legal provision, judicial ruling, or with MeetyBaby’s consent, and in accordance with the user account transfer process stipulated by MeetyBaby rules. Once your account is transferred, the rights and obligations under the account shall be transferred accordingly. Except as stated above, you shall not transfer, gift, lend, lease, or sell your MeetyBaby account in any way. Otherwise, MeetyBaby has the right to hold you liable for breach of contract, and you shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom.
• Real-Name Authentication: As the operator of MeetyBaby, in order to better enable you to use various services of MeetyBaby and protect your account security, MeetyBaby may require you to complete real-name authentication according to MeetyBaby’s requirements and the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Account Recovery: If your account has not been logged into for a long time, MeetyBaby has the right to perform cleanup such as cancellation. Your account will no longer be able to log into MeetyBaby, and the corresponding services will be terminated simultaneously. Before cleaning up such accounts, MeetyBaby will notify you by means including but not limited to website announcements, site messages, etc.
• Download Restrictions: MeetyBaby grants each account the qualification to download works through the website’s formal procedures under certain conditions. However, as the website manager, MeetyBaby has the right, to protect account security and website operation rules, to impose certain download restrictions (such as temporarily restricting downloads for high-frequency, bulk download behaviors like exceeding 5 downloads per second or 10 downloads per day) without bearing legal liability for doing so. MeetyBaby provides users with appeal channels, but MeetyBaby has the right to independently decide whether to lift download restrictions based on the specific circumstances of the user.
3.3 Registration Information Management
3.3.1 Authenticity and Legality
• When using MeetyBaby services, you shall accurately and completely provide your information (including your name, email address, contact phone number, contact address, etc.) as prompted on MeetyBaby pages, so that MeetyBaby can contact you when necessary. You understand and agree that you have the obligation to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide.
• The account name you set shall not violate national laws and regulations or MeetyBaby rules regarding account name management regulations. Otherwise, MeetyBaby may suspend or cancel your account name and report to the competent authorities.
• You understand and promise that your account name, avatar, profile, and other registration information shall not contain illegal or harmful information, and shall not impersonate or associate with institutions or public figures. During the account registration process, you must comply with seven bottom lines: laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens’ legitimate rights and interests, public order, social morality, and information authenticity.
• You agree and authorize that, in order to better provide services to you and ensure your account security, MeetyBaby may, based on the mobile phone number, ID number, and other information you provide, initiate inquiries regarding user identity authenticity, user credit records, user mobile phone number validity status, etc., to reliable entities such as national citizen identity information query service centers, telecommunications operators, financial service institutions, etc., as permitted by applicable law.
3.3.2 Update and Maintenance
• You shall promptly update the information you provide. In cases where the law expressly requires MeetyBaby to verify some users’ information, MeetyBaby will, according to law, inspect and verify your information from time to time, and you shall cooperate by providing the latest, true, and complete information.
• If MeetyBaby fails to contact you using the last information you provided, if you fail to provide information promptly as required by MeetyBaby, or if the information you provide is obviously untrue, you shall bear all losses and adverse consequences caused thereby to yourself, others, and MeetyBaby.
3.4 Account Security Specifications
• Your account is set by you and shall be kept by you. It is recommended that you keep your account secure and ensure that you log out at the end of each online session and leave MeetyBaby following the correct steps.
• Any losses and consequences arising from your active disclosure of your account or from attacks, fraud, or other actions by others shall be borne solely by you.
• Your account is for your use only and shall not be lent or shared with others. When your account is used without authorization, you shall immediately notify MeetyBaby. Otherwise, any unauthorized use shall be deemed as your own actions, and you shall bear all resulting losses and consequences.
• Except where MeetyBaby is at fault, you shall be responsible for all consequences of actions under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, purchasing goods and services, disclosing information, etc.).
• If you discover any unauthorized use of your account to log into MeetyBaby or any other situation that may lead to theft or loss of your account, it is recommended that you notify MeetyBaby immediately. You understand that MeetyBaby requires reasonable time to take action on any of your requests. Except where MeetyBaby is at fault, MeetyBaby shall not be liable for any consequences that have already occurred before taking action.
4. MeetyBaby Services and Specifications
4.1 MeetyBaby Services
• MeetyBaby provides you with services including but not limited to the following:
• 1) MeetyBaby website services;
• 2) MeetyBaby (paid) membership services (hereinafter referred to as “Membership Services”); For charged online services, MeetyBaby will give users clear prompts before use. Only after users confirm their willingness to pay the relevant fees according to the prompts can users use such charged online services. If users refuse to pay the relevant fees, MeetyBaby has the right not to provide such charged online services.
• 3) Image, video upload and sharing services (hereinafter referred to as “Content Upload Services”);
• 4) MeetyBaby search services (hereinafter referred to as “Search Services”);
• 5) MeetyBaby download services (hereinafter referred to as “Download Services”);
• 6) Other technologies and/or services provided by MeetyBaby (hereinafter referred to as “Other Technologies and Services”).
( The above services are collectively referred to as “MeetyBaby Services”).
4.2 Service Specifications
• You may upload, publish, or transmit relevant content through MeetyBaby Services on MeetyBaby, including but not limited to text, software, programs, graphics, images, sounds, music, videos, audio-video, links, information, or other materials (hereinafter referred to as “Content”), but you shall bear the relevant legal liabilities for such content.
• Unless otherwise specified, works on the MeetyBaby platform are original works. Reprinted works are for the purpose of conveying more information and do not mean that MeetyBaby agrees with their views or has confirmed the authenticity of their content.
• Unless proven otherwise, MeetyBaby regards you as the copyright owner of the content you upload, publish, or transmit on MeetyBaby. You warrant that you possess full ownership of the works uploaded to the MeetyBaby site through MeetyBaby network services, including but not limited to copyright or lawful copyright authorization, model portrait right authorization, property right authorization, and other relevant legal rights. Simultaneously, you warrant that the uploaded works shall not infringe upon or violate any third party’s copyright, patent right, trademark right, trade secret, privacy right, reputation right, portrait right, property right, publicity right, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
• Your use of MeetyBaby Services to upload, publish, or transmit content represents that you have the right and agree to grant MeetyBaby, worldwide, permanently, irrevocably, and free of charge, the rights to store, use, publish, copy, distribute, exhibit, disseminate over networks, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works based thereon, disseminate, perform, and display such content; the right to incorporate all or part of the content into any other form of work, media, or technology; the right to commercially develop the content you upload and publish; the right to provide information downloads, data transmission, and related promotion and marketing services to computer terminals, mobile communication terminals (including but not limited to portable communication devices such as mobile phones and smart tablets), handheld digital audio-visual playback devices, television receiving devices (analog signal receiving devices, digital signal receiving devices, digital TVs, IPTVs, playback devices with internet access functions, etc.) via wired or wireless networks; the right to sublicense the above usage rights to other third parties; and the right to independently enforce rights for the works.
• You agree to comply with the following laws and regulations during your use of our platform services: relevant laws and regulations concerning computers and the internet such as the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets,” “Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China,” “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems,” “Regulations on Computer Software Protection,” “Administrative Provisions on Internet Electronic Bulletin Services,” “Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Network Dissemination of Information,” etc. Under any circumstances, if we reasonably believe that your actions may violate the aforementioned laws and regulations, we may terminate the provision of services to you at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Service Change, Interruption, or Termination
• 4.3.1 Given the special nature of network services, users agree that MeetyBaby has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the network services (including charged network services) at any time. If the changed, interrupted, or terminated network services are free services, MeetyBaby need not notify users or bear any liability to any user or any third party. If the changed, interrupted, or terminated network services are charged services, MeetyBaby shall notify users in advance before the change, interruption, or termination.
• 4.3.2 Users understand that MeetyBaby needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the platform providing network services (such as the internet website) or related equipment. If charged network services are interrupted for a reasonable time due to such circumstances, MeetyBaby shall not bear any liability for this, but MeetyBaby shall endeavor to give prior notice.
• 4.3.3 If any of the following circumstances occurs, MeetyBaby has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of network services under this Agreement (including charged network services) to the user at any time without bearing any liability to the user or any third party:
• 1) The personal information provided by the user is untrue;
• 2) The user violates the usage rules stipulated in this Agreement;
• 3) The user fails to pay the corresponding service fee to MeetyBaby as required when using charged network services.
4.4 Other Service Specifications
• To facilitate your use of MeetyBaby and other related services of MeetyBaby’s affiliated companies, you authorize MeetyBaby to transmit the information you provide or generate during account registration and use of MeetyBaby Services to MeetyBaby’s affiliated companies and other related service providers, or to obtain from MeetyBaby’s affiliated companies and other related service providers the information you provide or generate during registration and use of related services.
• You understand and acknowledge that when using MeetyBaby Services, the content and information you encounter come from a wide range of sources. MeetyBaby cannot be responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, availability, security, completeness, and legitimacy of such content and information. You understand and acknowledge that you may encounter incorrect, unpleasant, inappropriate, or offensive content and information, and you will not hold MeetyBaby liable for this. MeetyBaby does not endorse, recommend, or express views on any content and information uploaded, published, or transmitted by users on MeetyBaby, nor does it bear any liability for any errors, defects, losses, or damages arising from any content and information. Your use of any content and information bears related risks.
• You agree that MeetyBaby may place commercial advertisements or any other type of commercial information in various ways during the provision of services (including but not limited to placing advertisements in any location on MeetyBaby, placing advertisements in the content you upload or disseminate). You agree to accept MeetyBaby sending promotional or other related commercial information to you via email, site messages, SMS, website announcements, or other means.
4.5 Usage Rules
Users must adhere to the following principles when using MeetyBaby network services:
• 1) Comply with relevant laws and regulations of their country of residence and international norms where applicable;
• 2) Comply with all network agreements, regulations, and procedures related to MeetyBaby network services;
• 3) Not use the network service system for any illegal purpose;
• 4) Not use the MeetyBaby network service system to conduct any behavior that may adversely affect the normal operation of the internet;
• 5) Not use the network services provided by MeetyBaby to upload, display, or disseminate any false, harassing, slanderous, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or any other illegal information or materials;
• 6) Not infringe upon any third party’s patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, property rights, or any other legitimate rights and interests;
• 7) Not use the MeetyBaby network service system to conduct any behavior detrimental to MeetyBaby;
• 8) If any illegal use of a user account or security vulnerabilities in an account is discovered, immediately notify MeetyBaby.
• 9) Network users downloading works from MeetyBaby shall use them within the authorized scope of the works. Without the permission of the copyright owner, use is limited to study and exchange only. Please do not use for other purposes. Simultaneously, users of downloaded works shall comply with the Copyright Law and other relevant legal regulations and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights of this website and rights holders.
5. Fees
• MeetyBaby has incurred significant costs in providing the MeetyBaby platform services to you. MeetyBaby has the right to offer commercial paid services and charge you certain fees as website maintenance costs.
6. Privacy Protection
6.1 Protecting user privacy is a fundamental policy of MeetyBaby. MeetyBaby guarantees not to publicly disclose or provide to third parties a single user’s registration information and non-public content stored on MeetyBaby when using network services, except in the following circumstances:
• 1) Prior explicit authorization from the user;
• 2) Required by relevant laws and regulations;
• 3) Required by relevant government authorities;
• 4) To safeguard the interests of the public;
6.2 To protect the legitimate rights and interests of MeetyBaby.
• 6.2.1 MeetyBaby may cooperate with third parties to provide users with relevant network services. In such cases, if the third party agrees to assume the same responsibility for protecting user privacy as MeetyBaby, MeetyBaby has the right to provide the user’s registration information, etc., to the third party.
• 6.2.2 Without disclosing individual user privacy information, MeetyBaby has the right to analyze the entire user database and commercially utilize the user database.
7. Disclaimer
7.1. Users explicitly agree that the risks arising from their use of MeetyBaby network services will be entirely borne by themselves; all consequences arising from their use of MeetyBaby network services shall also be borne by themselves. MeetyBaby bears no responsibility towards users.
7.2. MeetyBaby does not guarantee that network services will definitely meet users’ requirements, nor does it guarantee that network services will not be interrupted. It makes no guarantees regarding the timeliness, security, or accuracy of network services.
7.3. MeetyBaby does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of external links set up for users’ convenience. Simultaneously, MeetyBaby bears no responsibility for any content on web pages pointed to by such external links that are not actually controlled by MeetyBaby.
7.4. For network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond MeetyBaby’s control, MeetyBaby bears no responsibility but will strive to reduce losses and impacts caused to users thereby.
7.5. Users agree that for the following products or services provided by MeetyBaby to users, MeetyBaby need not bear any responsibility for the quality defects themselves and any losses caused thereby:
• 1) Various free network services provided by MeetyBaby to users;
• 2) Any products or services gifted by MeetyBaby to users;
• 3) Various products or services attached to charged network service users by MeetyBaby.
8. Breach and Compensation
8.1. Users agree to safeguard and maintain the interests of MeetyBaby and other users. If the following situations cause losses to MeetyBaby, its affiliates, or any other third party, users agree to bear the resulting compensation liability (including but not limited to attorney fees, litigation costs, arbitration fees, and other reasonable expenses):
• 1) The user or others using the user’s account violate relevant laws, regulations, or any terms under this Agreement;
• 2) Any third party claims that the works infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate their copyright, trademark right, patent right, trade secret, privacy right, reputation right, publicity right, portrait right, property right, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights;
• 3) Other actions breaching the commitments of this contract.
9. Agreement Modification
9.1. MeetyBaby has the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time. Once the content of this Agreement changes, MeetyBaby will notify users of the modified content through appropriate means.
9.2. If users disagree with the modifications made by MeetyBaby to the relevant terms of this Agreement, users have the right to stop using the network services. If users continue to use the network services, it shall be deemed that users accept the modifications made by MeetyBaby to the relevant terms of this Agreement.
10. Notice Delivery
10.1 All notices from MeetyBaby to users under this Agreement may be made via webpage announcements, email, or conventional mail, etc.; such notices shall be deemed delivered on the date of sending.
10.2 Notices from users to MeetyBaby shall be delivered to the officially published contact address, fax number, email address, and other contact information of MeetyBaby.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MeetyBaby’s operator is primarily established (as indicated on the website) and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, both parties shall endeavor to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People’s Court (or other competent court) in the location where MeetyBaby’s operator is based.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between both parties regarding the matters agreed herein and other related matters. Except as provided in this Agreement, it does not grant other rights to the parties of this Agreement.
12.2 If any clause of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
12.3 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall be ignored when interpreting this Agreement.
12.4 Please use mass download membership accounts reasonably. If malicious picture scraping or image theft is detected, the system may suspend the account’s download function. If you have questions, please contact customer service.
12.5 Open Source & Creative Commons Notice: Some media or tools integrated within the MeetyBaby platform may be governed by open-source licenses or Creative Commons agreements. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the specific terms of any such licenses for content they access or use through the platform.

This English version is provided for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail for international users, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law. MeetyBaby reserves the right to update this Agreement. The latest version will always be posted on the website.
